Sellers can obtain higher sales prices by first comparing multiple offers from investors at the same time, in under 7 days. If my client sellers then wish to compare additional competitive offers from non-investors, we then use my 21 day pre-marketing and 5 day sale process. Sellers choose their most profitable sale by comparing all offers at the same time, with buyers backed by closing guarantees.
