I've organized each popular home design into the primary price range category where I know they can be found in a variety of different locations.

I've grouped each home this way, since each top selling design has been built in many of the neighborhoods with swim clubs and clubhouses for the residents, different exterior & interior features, different home site sizes for front or side entry garages, and of course each home type has been built in different zip codes around our Charlotte area in both North & South Carolina.

Your first goal should be to try to begin to get a sense of what the top-selling home designs "look & feel" like, by looking at my photos and the floorplans.

For those designs that have them, you can tour a professionally decorated version of a furnished model home.
